Today is the day the Lord has made let us Rejoice and Be Glad.Today I Am grateful that God is still carrying us!!!

The first priority is staying well on all levels.Stress causes heart attacks ,anxiety , and breaks down your immune system.I claim the victory and I know there are solutions and possibilities. 

If you look back over your life and see God's faithfulness you can be grateful and rest in the presence of the Holy Spirit .
